Both volumes are invaluable resources for trainers. The books contain articles on theory as well as several useful workshop exercises.

Seeyle's book is clear and well-written. As the title suggests, it focuses on experiential exercises. The exercises are geared to various age levels.

Storti, Craig. Cross-Cultural Dialogues: 74 Brief Encounters With Cultural Difference. Yarmouth: Intercultural Press, 1994.

Storti shows us the culture clashes and misunderstandings that underlie everyday conversations. Cross-cultural dialogues, I believe, are an essential addition to every trainer's repertoire.
