Consulting for Multicultural Teams We offer a diagnosis of cross-cultural issues as they intertwine with organizational issues. This is an ongoing program that gives teams tools to monitor interactions and solve problems as they arise. Individual Consulting for Managers, Project Directors and Team Leaders: Coaching Coaching sessions are designed to meet the individual needs of each client. Relocation Consulting for Individuals and Couples Topics include: culture and its influence, dealing with different expectations, norms and behavior codes, e.g., attitude toward privacy, communication style, attitudes toward and expectations of children, work and learning styles, attitude toward authority and the cultural adjustment process. Sessions for expatriates assigned to Israel focus on Israeli behavior codes, expectations and values as well as the topics listed above.
